Pickup In-store:

Our store is located at 5820 Forbes Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15217. If you select pickup in-store as your shipping method, you can come pick up your purchase whenever you receive an email that your order is ready. We can also do curbside pickup, simply call us to arrange a specific time - 412-421-2160.

Our store hours are: Tues 11-7; Wed 11-5; Thurs 11-7; Fri-Sat 11-6; Sun 12-4. Closed Mondays.

Shipping:

We offer flat shipping rate of $8 for all purchases, with free shipping for purchases over $69.

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Our processing time is 2-3 business days. We do not ship internationally. 

Returns:

Items can be returned in store with receipt up to 60 days from purchase if they are in new condition with tags. For clothing, return windows is 30 days in new condition with tags. Items can be returned by mail, but free shipping is not provided. Email us for email returns at [email protected].

Refunds will be issued in the method of purchase, so credit card purchases will be returned back to original credit card of purchase.
